About Me.....
As a client-centered professional, I recognize the strength necessary for an individual to take the first step through the counselor's open door. Coming to therapy can be scary and vulnerable. As a client-centered professional, I am committed to walking your journey with you as you discover how to live life to its fullest potential.
The journeys that we take in our life inevitably can lead us to joy, success, happiness, and fulfillment. However, at times, they can also lead us to pain, failure, depression, and emptiness.
Many people turn to counseling to gain support and insight in addressing life’s many challenges. Perhaps you have encountered a traumatic event, a stressful transition, relationship issues, a general lack of direction, or something else impactful on your life.
Through trusting and empathetic positive relationship building, I support my clients in the exploration of a healthier, self-accepting perspective in addressing the challenging components of their life experience.
All areas of my practice focus upon acceptance and healthy management of the client’s unique personal questions through the discovery of an enhanced understanding, within a positive environment, which utilizes personal strengths to contribute to a happier, self-satisfying life experience.
Come, let’s share your journey...let’s walk this path together.
